INTRODUCTION
RDG Energy hereby invites qualified and registered printing and branding companies to submit their Expression of Interest (EOI) for the branding of its service centres across selected locations.
This initiative forms part of RDG Energy’s Store Rebrand Programme, aimed at enhancing visual identity, improving customer experience, and ensuring consistent branding across all service centers.
1. PROJECT OVERVIEW
RDG Energy is undertaking a service center branding exercise across its retail network. The objective is to create a consistent and professional brand presence across all outlets, aligned with RDG Energy’s updated brand identity.
The scope includes production and installation of branding materials, visual displays, signage, and related finishing works within service centers.
Stores will be categorized into the following tiers:
Flagship Outlets: Major retail locations with full branding and enhanced service center layouts.
Tier 1 Stores: Medium sized outlets requiring standardized branding and functional upgrades.
Tier 2 Stores: Smaller outlets requiring basic branding and layout improvements.

2. SCOPE OF WORK
The selected contractor(s) will be required to undertake the following works:
• Production and installation of branding materials
• Installation of wall graphics and branded frames
• Supply and installation of indoor and outdoor signage
• Branding of customer service areas and display sections
• Application of vinyls, decals, and other visual elements
• Minor finishing works related to branding installation
3. STORE CATEGORIES
Contractors should be able to accommodate work across the following store categories:
• Flagship Stores
1. Full interior rebranding
2. Service center layout upgrades
3. Advanced branding and visual displays
• Tier 1 Stores
1. Standardized branding upgrades
2. Interior painting and partitioning
3. Product display and frame installations
• Tier 2 Stores
1. Basic branding upgrades
2. Interior painting
3. Installation of wall frames and signage
4. CONTRACTOR REQUIREMENTS
Interested bidders must meet the following criteria:
• Proven experience in branding, printing, and visual communication projects
• Strong portfolio of similar branding work
• Ability to deliver within tight timelines
• Availability of skilled installation teams
• Ability to handle multiple locations
• 5-10 years of experience
5. BID SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Interested contractors should submit the following:
• Company profile: clearly indicating physical address, telephones and email address
• Proof of previous similar work (portfolio or photos)
• Proposed work approach
• Estimated project timelines
• Detailed quotation or pricing structure
• Valid business registration documentation
• Valid copies of certificate of registration and incorporation
• Valid ZRA Tax Registration and Tax clearance certification
• Recent and current trade references
Additional Requirements:
• Unit prices for goods/services offered (Expected for 2026).
• Billing methods (Fixed per activity or Variable – % of material/components used)
• Payment terms
• Any other information relevant to Product / Service.
• 30 days payment notice
6. PROJECT TIMELINE
Tender Issue Date: 27th March 2026
Submission Deadline: 10th April 2026
Selected contractors will be expected to begin work immediately following the award of the tender.
