Overview

RDG Collective Ltd, a renewable energy company, is seeking an experienced and strategic Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join our leadership team. The CFO will play a critical role in guiding the company's financial strategy and proposing corrective actions to ensure fiscal soundness. This position reports directly to the CEO and is pivotal in driving the organization:

  • Financial planning
  • Capital structure
  • Management of financial risks

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Oversee all financial operations and develop and execute the      financial strategy aligned with the company’s objectives.
  • Collaborate with Executive Team Members to translate strategy      into actionable steps for growth and implement organization-wide financial      management.
  • Ensure the company adheres to the strategic plan and provide      strategic alternatives and recommendations when necessary.
  • Coordinate, analyze, and report the financial performance of      the company to Management and the Board of Directors.
  • Lead discussions with the Board regarding fiscal planning and      financial analysis.
  • Manage budgeting processes and oversee preparation of      financial forecasts and reports.
  • Support capital raising initiatives, investor relations, and      strategic partnerships.
  • Represent the company at industry events and conferences.


Financial Management

  • Oversee all financial operations and accounting functions to      ensure compliance and accuracy.
  • Ensure compliance with local and international financial      regulations and standards.
  • Manage budgeting, forecasting, bank reconciliations, and      financial reporting.
  • Implement financial controls and risk management strategies.
  • Monitor performance metrics and provide solutions to improve      financial standing.
  • Manage financial systems and ensure proper documentation and      fund distribution.
  • Lead and mentor the finance team to build capacity and      performance.
  • Support cross-departmental cohesion and a high-performance      culture.
  • Prepare for and oversee audits.
  • Manage relationships with auditors and regulatory authorities.
  • Develop policies and procedures for effective financial      operations.
  • Engage stakeholders to build financial transparency.
  • Authorize final transactions in accounting software, ensuring      compliance.

  

Desired Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or ACCA/CIMA      (essential).
  • Masters in Finance, Accounting, or MBA (preferred).
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in a similar finance leadership      role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance.
  • Proven strategic financial planning and analysis experience.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in ERP systems
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic      environment.
  • Must be a registered member of ZICA.
  • Valid driver’s license required.

The COO will oversee daily operational functions across all sites, drive efficiency, and ensure alignment with strategic goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in leading complex operations, optimizing performance, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

  

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

  • Collaborate with the CEO to set and drive organizational      vision and operational strategy.
  • Translate strategy into actionable steps for growth and      performance management.
  • Develop and evaluate strategic goals with the operational      team.
  • Oversee operations, employee productivity, and foster an      inclusive culture.
  • Ensure compliance with company and statutory requirements.
  • Work with the CFO on budgeting, forecasting, and financial      performance.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Operations      Management (essential).
  • Master’s degree, MBA, or Project Management (preferred).
  • 10+ years of experience in a similar operational leadership      role.
  • Knowledge of Finance, IT, HR, and Legal functions.
  • Proven strategic planning and business development skills.
  • Fundraising experience is a plus.
  • Strong data analysis and performance metrics knowledge.
  • Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and public speaking      skills.
  • Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
  • Valid driver’s license.

Overview

The Regional Sales Manager (RSM) will be responsible for driving sales growth, managing key customer relationships, and expanding market presence within the assigned region. The RSM will lead and develop a high-performing sales team, build strategic partnerships, and work closely with cross-functional teams to achieve revenue and market share goals. This role is critical to supporting the company’s mission of accelerating the adoption of renewable energy solutions.


Key Responsibilities

Sales Strategy & Execution:

  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies aligned with overall company objectives.
  • Identify new business opportunities, drive customer acquisition, and expand market share.
  • Meet and exceed regional sales targets and revenue goals.

Team Leadership & Development:

  • Recruit, train, and mentor Agent Team Leads to enhance performance and engagement.
